Clinical Manager - Griffin Road
Assists the Executive Director in planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating all clinical nursing activities in the facility. Supervises and directs patient care and all related activities at the Griffin Road facility according to approved policies and procedures, applicable laws, governing and accreditation agencies. Oversees all staffing assignments, training, evaluations and direction of employees at the Center Supports the philosophy, goals, objectives, and mission statements of the Center. In the absence of the Executive Director, assumes full directing of the facility including meeting on daily rounds with the CEO or other management team members, meeting with vendors, calling for maintenance and repairs, communicating with the physicians on clinical and patient care issues. Responsibilities may include all aspects of environmental control, staff personnel, assistance to surgeons, material and equipment, education of personnel, and other administrative duties.

The main focus of the role is the intra-operative period where the nurse may function as the circulator or the scrub person. Will have contact with the patient in each phase of the surgical experience. The responsibility includes the preparation, assembly and organization of the environment, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the surgical intervention.

REGISTERED NURSE - Pre-Op/PACU
Responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating the nursing care given to the surgical patient by assuming the per-operative role. The role is defined as the pre-operative and the post-operative period. May have contact with the patient in each phase of the surgical experience. The responsibility includes the preparation, assembly and organization of the environment, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the activities necessary for the preparation and the recovery of the ambulatory surgical patient.
REGISTERED NURSE - Endoscopy Unit
Is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the nursing care given to endoscopy patient. The role is defined as pre-procedure and post-procedure period. Required to float to other areas of the organization as needed.
