  • REGISTERED NURSE - OR
    Contact : Human Resources

    Location: OR Florida Campus
    Shift: PRN (10 and 12 hours available)

    Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    Licensure: RN with current State of Florida License CPR certification. ACLS required (within 90 days of hire) PALS required (as soon as offered)
    Experience: 1-2 years OR required
    Responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating the nursing care given to the surgical patient by assuming the per-operative role. The main focus of the role is the intra-operative period where the nurse may function as the circulator or the scrub person. Will have conatct with the patient in each phase of the surgical experince. The responsibility includes the preparation, assembly and organization of the enviroment, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the surgical intervention.
  • REGISTERED NURSE - PreOp/PACU
    Contact : Human Resources

    Location: OR Florida Campus
    Shift: Part-time and PRN (days & hours vary)

    Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    Licensure: RN with current State of Florida License CPR certification. ACLS required (within 90 days of hire). PALS required (as soon as offered)
    Experience: One year PACU (preferred), or Critical Care experience.
    Responsible for planning, executing, directing and evaluating the nursing care given to the surgical patient by assuming the pre-operative role. The role is defined as the pre-operative and the post-operative period. May have contact with the patient in each phase of the surgical experience. The responsibility incudes the preparation, assembly and organization of the environment, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the activities necessary for the preparation and the recovery of the ambulatory surgical patient.
  • REGISTERED NURSE - Endoscopy Unit

    Location: Florida Campus
    Shift: PRN

    Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    Licensure: RN with current State of Florida License CPR certification. ACLS required (within 90 days of hire).
    Experience: One year PACU, or endoscopy experience preferred.
    Is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the nursing care given to endoscopy patient. The role is defined as pre-procedure and post-procedure period. Required to float to other areas of the organization as needed.
  • REGISTERED NURSE - Endoscopy Unit

    Shift: Full-Time (Flexible Days and Hours) Primary 8 hours

    Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    Licensure: RN with current State of Florida License CPR certification. ACLS required (within 90 days of hire).
    Experience: One year PACU, or endoscopy experience preferred.
    Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the nursing care given to endoscopy patients by assuming a pre-op, perioperative, or PACU nurse role. The role is defined as the pre-procedure, intra procedure, and post-procedure period. Will have contact with the patient in each phase of his endoscopic experience.

    Experience: Hospital or Surgical Center experience preferred.
    Assists nursing and office personnel as needed.
  • Patient Accounts Clerk

    Location: Business Office
    Shift: Full-Time (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

    Education: High School graduate or equivalent
    Experience: Required two years related expirence.
    Patient Account Clerk is responsible for assisting verification of insurance coverage for patients, scheduling patients and accounts receivable follow up for the services performed at the Lakeland Surgical and Diagnostic Center.

    Shift: Full-Time (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)

    Education: High School graduate or equivalent
    Experience: Required two years related expirence.
    Scheduling Clerk is responsible for all aspects of scheduling a case to be performed at the Facilities.
