Mission Statement:
To provide the community of Lakeland and central Florida
with the highest quality outpatient surgical and diagnostic
services, in a manner that is professional, personable,
efficient and cost-effective.
Vision Statement:
To create, develop and sustain an environment of superior
ambulatory surgical and diagnostic care that far exceeds
the industry norm and distinguishes LSDC as the
preferred choice for these healthcare services, both
on the local and national level.
Guiding Principles:
- That all payments received for services rendered will
be based upon actual services performed, providing
well documented written evidence of treatment provided,
according to existing, current reimbursement rules
and regulations.
- That we will support and promote the Patient Bill
of Rights, ensuring that all patients who utilize
our facilities and services will be treated with respect
and discretion, providing a safe and secure environment
for the delivery of the highest possible outpatient
healthcare services.
- That we will treat all patients, staff, physicians,
and visitors with the highest dignity and respect,
not accepting nor condoning any level of discrimination
for any reason or purpose, or at any time under any
conditions.
